We’re Silas and Britney, the duo behind Filmed by Silas Weddings, capturing love stories across Canada through photography and film.

Silas leads our videography, bringing over a decade of experience and a cinematic approach to every wedding day. From emotional vows to quiet in-between moments, his focus is on telling your story with authenticity, artistry, and heart.

Britney is our photographer and behind-the-scenes organizer, making sure everything runs smoothly while capturing beautiful, meaningful moments alongside Silas. She works closely with each couple to shape a personalized experience and ensure your day feels seamless and stress-free.

Now based in Cochrane, Alberta, we serve couples throughout Calgary, Banff, Canmore, and beyond, creating timeless photo and film collections that feel natural, emotional, and completely you.
