About Silas
With over a decade of experience in photography and videography, I’ve had the privilege of filming and editing more than 50 wedding films since 2019, each one telling a unique love story.
Filmed by Silas Weddings officially launched in July 2023, marking a new chapter in my creative journey. Now based in Cochrane, Alberta, I work with couples throughout Calgary, Banff, Canmore, and surrounding areas who want their wedding day captured with authenticity, artistry, and heart.
My approach is personal and collaborative. Every couple is different, and I believe your wedding photos and films should reflect that. From emotional vows to quiet in-between moments, I focus on capturing your day as it truly unfolds, creating timeless imagery and cinematic films you’ll cherish for a lifetime.

I love working closely with our couples to help shape their experience and tailor packages that align with their vision. Together, we create photography and videography collections that feel natural, meaningful, and completely you.
