Engagement in the Alberta Rockies

Set against the soft, muted tones of early spring in the Rockies, I moved through Quarry Lake, the Canmore Engine Bridge, and along the Bow River, documenting this session as it naturally unfolded. Snow-dusted peaks, evergreens, and open shoreline created a backdrop that felt both expansive and quietly intimate.

There was an ease to the entire sessionβ€”hands reaching, laughter mid-step, and a kind of closeness that didn’t need to be directed or overthought. We focused on capturing those in-between moments, where connection shows up effortlessly.

Each frame became a balance of movement and stillness, allowing both the landscape and their relationship to be felt in a way that’s simple, honest, and true to the moment.

Let’s capture your love story for a lifetime
