Medha and Andrew’s engagement session in Brandon was a meaningful way to celebrate the place where Andrew grew up and where many of their memories together were made.

The two met during their post-secondary studies and are planning two wedding celebrations with their families—one in Mysuru, Karnataka, India and another in Brandon, Manitoba.

Because many of Medha’s family members in India have never visited Brandon, the couple wanted their engagement session to highlight some of the city’s well-known landmarks. The photos will be shared in a slideshow during their wedding celebration in Mysuru in February 2026, giving guests a glimpse into Andrew’s hometown and the place that is an important part of their story.

Their session included stops at several locations around the city, including the Brandon Airport, Chez Angela, Brandon University, downtown Brandon, City Hall, and the Assiniboine Credit Union Arena at the Keystone Centre. Together, the locations created a collection of images that feel personal, local, and connected to their journey as a couple.
