A Picturesque Prairie Wedding

Skylar and Thomas were married on a warm July day on their family farm near Camp Hughes, Manitoba. Surrounded by open fields, tall trees, and the people closest to them, the day had a relaxed and personal feel from start to finish.

Their ceremony took place outdoors with family and friends gathered beneath the trees, creating a quiet and natural setting for their vows. Afterward, guests spent the afternoon enjoying the property, playing lawn games, and catching up before the evening celebration began.

Portraits were taken both in the nearby forest and out in the golden prairie fields, which made for some beautiful summer light and wide open Manitoba landscapes.

The reception was held under a large tent on the farm, where everyone came together for dinner, speeches, and dancing. With the farm as the backdrop, the whole day felt simple, meaningful, and very true to Skylar and Thomas.
