Waterfront Wedding at Anderson Pond

Jenn and Justin’s September wedding at Anderson Pond in Brandon, Manitoba was deeply personal from beginning to end.

Their relationship, which was even featured by CBC when sharing the story of how they met and how Justin proposed, has always been grounded in resilience, intention, and a strong commitment to one another. Their wedding day reflected those same values.

The ceremony took place outdoors beside Anderson Pond, with family and friends gathered from across the United States to celebrate with them. Many of the details throughout the day were chosen to honour Jenn’s late mother. Jenn wore her mother’s pearl necklace and veil, carried a bouquet with a meaningful charm, and reserved a chair at both the ceremony and reception so her presence would still be felt.

The celebration continued at the Anderson family home, where Justin grew up. Guests gathered under the open sky for dinner and many stayed overnight, camping on the property and turning the wedding into a full weekend spent together.

Rather than focusing on trends, Jenn and Justin built their day around what mattered most: family, memories, and the people who have shaped their lives.

Let’s capture your love story for a lifetime
